Along side delivering outreach sessions across Derbyshire and beyond, Grow Outside CIC has put down roots in its own community garden in Butterley, Ripley, Derbyshire.
Grow Outside started improving their space in May 2021 and Grow Together group members help us to take care of the garden, making a wonderful space to host events and workshops.
Venue information:
You can find the garden to the left of the Midland Railway station building entrance.
The garden has a woodchip surface covering and raised beds. We have a compost toilet, with flushing toilets, including accessible toilets are available a 300 yards from the garden; seating is available throughout the garden.
We have a yurt and outdoor sheltered area, and our greenhouse so we can welcome visitors all year around.
